  • Usage data information collected through Google Analytics 4, such as pages visited, time spent on pages, device information, browser information, referring sources, and approximate geographic location.
  • Cookie consent data your cookie preferences, stored and managed through CookieYes.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health, financial, or biometric data) and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16.

  • To manage bookings when you book a call, we use your booking details to schedule and prepare for the conversation.
  • To improve our website Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how the site is being used so we can make it clearer and more useful.
  • To meet legal obligations we may need to retain certain records for tax, accounting, or legal compliance purposes.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have given consent. You can unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time. We may still send transactional or project-related messages where needed, such as replies to enquiries, booking confirmations, invoices, project updates, or service communications.

8. Google Analytics 4

Studio Kaiso does not use Google Analytics to identify individual visitors. We use the information to understand overall website performance and improve the content, structure, and user experience of the site.

Our website may include booking links or embedded booking tools provided by trusted third-party scheduling platforms, such as Calendly, Cal.com, or similar services.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 12 months.
  • Client project data is retained for up to 6 years for legal and accounting purposes, in line with HMRC requirements.
  • Booking information is kept for as long as needed to manage the call, follow up appropriately, and maintain reasonable business records.
  • Cookie consent records and analytics data are retained in line with the settings and retention periods of CookieYes and Google Analytics.
  • You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 11).

11. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Restriction request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
